It appears that the final order was passed on January 20, 2023 wherein in the cause title of the appellant was wrongfully mentioned as Ramapada Sas instead of Ramapada Das and the name of the learned advocate Mr. Subhamay Bhattacharya appearing on behalf of the appellant no.2 is also not mentioned. Accordingly, hereby ordered to correct the above mentioned error. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
