1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there was a free fight at the Bar. Forty persons have been implicated. No overt act has been attributed to the petitioner in the present case. Investigation is in progress. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State submits victim is still in hospital in a precarious condition.

3. In view of the fact the victim is still in hospital learned Counsel for the petitioner prays not to press the application for bail at present. Accordingly, bail application is disposed of as not pressed.
