... petitioners I find that the subject-matter of the case relates to Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Having regard to the fact that the said section is for execution by the bank authorities and the learned C.J.M, Alipore, accordingly, passed the order in consonance with the provisions of the said Act. No interference is called for in connection with C. Case No.8225 of 2010, then pending before the learned C.J.M., Alipore.

Accordingly, C.R.R.250 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
