1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, being aggrieved by the in action of the respondent no. 4/Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Nadia, in informing him the outcome of the proceedings, of the meeting held on February 21, 2025 by the said respondent. The said meeting was held in connection with the written objection filed by the present petitioner, as to the proposed time table dated December 4, 2024.

3. The concerned route is from Krishnagar to Karimpur. The respondent authority desires to issue a time table on the said route, for which objections were invited as to the proposed time table. Vide a letter dated December 4, 2024, the petitioner has submitted his objections before the said authority.

4. The respondent authority has conducted a hearing as regards the objection of the writ petitioner, as mentioned above, on February 21, 2025. However, allegedly the outcome thereof, in the form of an order or resolution, is not being made available to the objector/writ petitioner as yet.

5. Upon hearing the submission of Mr. Nandi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Deb Roy, learned advocate appearing for the State respondent, the Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition be disposed of by directing the respondent Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Nadia, to immediately publish and communicate its order, as regards the objection of the petitioner to the proposed time table, vide his letter dated December 4, 2024 and also regarding the connected proceedings of hearing, which has been held on February 21, 2025.

6. Let such an order of the respondent/Secretary, RTA, Nadia, be communicated to the writ petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

7. Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, all allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

8. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

9. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
