He further submits that the opposite party Biswanath Chakraborty is expired on 4.9.1990. He has filed a report to that effect supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the affidavit-of-service, as filed on behalf of the CBI, be kept on record. Under such circumstances, the revisional application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of.
