Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of informing the Officer-in-Charge, Karaya Police Station on 12.01.2025 and 20.01.2025 against the overt acts, physical torture inflicted upon her and issues relating to possession, the police authorities did not act.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Karaya Police Station Case No. 34/2025 has been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the petitioner do not regularly stay at the said residence and there are suppression of material facts as there are civil cases pending between the parties.

Be that as it may, the principal grievance was relating to inaction of the police authorities pursuant to the complaint being registered. The police authorities have addressed the same by registration of the FIR. Having considered the other issues concerned, I am of the opinion that so far as the property related issues are concerned, the same would be adjudicated by the civil court.

The police authorities would see that there is no possibility of any breach of the peace or any untoward incident taking place and they would keep a strict vigil and surveillance because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 2653 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
