Sl. 30 28.6.2021 Court No.26 SD CRR 235 of 2007 (Via Video Conference) In the matter of: Gopal Debnath ... Petitioner.

Mr. Rana Mukherjee Ms. Sujata Das Ms. Debjani Sahu ... for the State.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner in Court today when the matter is called on.

On July 9, 2007 when the revisional application was admitted and the petitioner was directed to serve upon the opposite parties and file affidavit of service within a period of three weeks. No such affidavit of service is on record.

Fourteen years have passed since filing of this criminal revisional application and no steps have been taken up by the petitioner. In light of the same, I am of the view that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this lis. Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

The concerned department is directed to communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below. The department shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of their communication is received. Report of compliance to be placed before this Court after three weeks. (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
