Versus

M/s. Mukherjee Sales Emporium (Through Video Conference) The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant.

In spite of several opportunities being given to the appellant to remove the defect, a report of the Assistant Registrar, S.R. Section shows that the defect as pointed out in the report of the Additional Stamp Reporter dated 15th January, 2014 has not yet been removed. Earlier a Coordinate Bench passed a peremptory direction on 9th November, 2021 for removal of the defect within two weeks from that date. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 24th September, 2021. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
