The petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was refused by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated July 25, 2019 passed in C.R.M. 6493 of 2019. By the said order, the prayer of six other persons was allowed.

This application has been filed by the petitioner again praying for anticipatory bail.

In view of the earlier rejection and there being no significant change in circumstance thereafter, this application must fail.

The application being C.R.M. 1190 of 2021 is dismissed.
