(Via Video Conference) The matter was initially listed on 14.07.2009 and the petitioner was directed to serve a copy of the writ petition on the private respondent and the matter was directed to appear in the monthly list of August, 2009. The matter was again listed on 03.12.2021 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and no service was affected upon the private respondent and accordingly the matter was adjourned and directed to appear in the next monthly list. The matter was again listed on 2nd February, 2010 and the matter was released from this Court with liberty to mention before the appropriate bench. The matter was again listed on 23.11.2021 but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. When the matter was called today none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 1398 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
