Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that by a letter dated February 10, 2021 the petitioner were called upon to comply with all necessary formalities prior to the installation of the new electricity connection.

I have heard the parties. I am of the view that in view of the letter dated January 10, 2021 addressed to the advocate of the petitioner, the petitioner be directed to comply with all formalities as stipulated in the aforesaid letter.

If the petitioner does comply with all such formalities, the respondent authorities will take all steps to provide fresh electricity connection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 3091 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
