3. Counsel for petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of by directing the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata to decide O.A. No.283 of 2020 (Kolkata) expeditiously.

4. He further submits that pleadings before the Tribunal are complete and the said O.A. is riped for final hearing.

5. The other side has no objection to this innocuous prayer.

6. Accordingly, petition is disposed of by requesting the Tribunal to expedite the hearing and decide the same expeditiously preferably within 45 days from the date of production of copy of this order.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
