Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits there is previous enmity between the parties. Case and counter case were registered. They pray for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show petitioners assaulted the victim resulting in fracture wound on the face. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
