Bagnan Police has filed a report dated 20.02.2022 and the same is taken on record.

It appears that in respect of a dispute, the petitioner and her in-laws have lodged several complaints against one another. Each of the four complaints have been registered as FIRs. Charge sheets have been filed. There is also a civil suit being T. S. No. 144 of 2017 pending before the Civil Judge(Junior Division), Second Court, Uluberia filed by the petitioner's husband against the respondent nos. 8 and 9.

This Court finds there is no inaction on the part of the Bagnan Police Station. The petitioner

and her husband may seek civil remedies in the pending civil suit.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
