Petitioner contends there is a land dispute and he has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits victim lost vision in one eye. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner participated in the assault. Victim suffered grievous injury and lost one eye.

In light of the nature of injury resulting in loss of eye sight, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
