The petitioners are aggrieved that the recognition to the Radhikapur Junior High School is pending consideration before the office of the concerned District Inspector of Schools since 2011.

By a communication dated 22nd December 2011 the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has sought for a fresh DLIT report from the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda.

In these circumstances, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda shall submit a fresh inspection report of the said school within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such inspection report, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall consider the prayer of the petitioners in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
