It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 5 and 6. The petitioner time and again complained before the police authorities with regard to the alleged disturbance caused by the said respondents.

The petitioner apprehends that the said respondents may cause serious harm to the petitioner and his property.

The police authorities have filed a report from which it appears that there are allegations and counter-allegations by and between the parties. The enquiry revealed that there is a matrimonial dispute. However, as the petitioner is a senior citizen, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon

the concerned police station to keep a vigil and ensure that no untoward incident takes place. The allegations and counter allegations between the parties are not gone into in this proceeding.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
