In the writ petition the petitioner primarily prayed for a direction upon the respondent authority to hand over the D.El.Ed. Part-I and Part-II mark sheets and certificates for the session 2011-2013.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the Registration Certificate, the Statement of Marks in the Primary Teachers' Training Part-II Examination and the Certificate all issued by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education have been supplied to the petitioner. The same has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the subsequent development, there is no requirement to continue with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
