The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that as the complaint case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Barasat, has been dismissed for non-prosecution, the present revisional application has also become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant revisional application stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
