Ray Mr. Partha Sarathi Pal ...for respondent no.3 The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation filed before the Sale Officer & Inspector of Cooperative Societies, Balageria Central Cooperative Bank Limited (Annexure P7, p.21) on January 30, 2024. It appears that a notice under section 191(D)(2) of the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Rules, 2011 dated December 6, 2023 (Annexure P6, p.20) was issued to the petitioner. The petitioner is praying for a direction upon the said respondent (respondent no.3) to permit him to repay his loan amount by instalments.

After hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's aforesaid representation in accordance with law at the earliest, after giving him an opportunity of hearing to produce documents in support of his prayer.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
