At the time of hearing, learned advocate for the writ petitioner at the very outset draws attention of this Court to the order dated 16.05.2025 as passed by this Court in WPA 2584 of 2024.

It is submitted that after communication of the said order dated 16.05.2025, the alleged contemnor herein though had given due opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner as directed by this Court but no reasoned order has yet been passed by him.

Such being the position, the writ petitioner is directed to cause service of notice to the alleged contemnor along with a copy of the instant application together with server copy of this order and to file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned day.

Let the matter be listed on September 24, 2025 under the same heading for further consideration.
