It is submitted that the Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Contai has passed an order on 23rd June 2022 in Misc Case No.467 of 2022 as regards the measurement of the property between the parties.

The parties shall take appropriate steps in respect of the said order in accordance with law.

Bhupatinagar Police Station shall continue to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. Bhupatinagar Police shall also not intervene into the private disputes of demarcation between the parties. It is submitted by the counsel for the respondents that the civil suit being No.148 of 2016 is pending between the parties.

The parties and the police shall abide by any order that may be passed by the civil Court.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
