From the report it appears that the petitioners have criminal antecedents. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners on parity.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
