Re: CRAN 1 of 2023

1. Applicant prays for withdrawal of the Criminal Revisional Application being CRR 241 of 2018 for non-prosecution as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, out of Court.

2. The letter of instruction dated 24.06.2023, made by revisionist/applicant, Niranjan Tudu is also annexed therewith.

3. None appears on behalf of the O.P. as notice of this revision and application have not been served.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

5. The revision CRR 241 of 2018 is thus dismissed for non-prosecution.

6. The revision and application is, thus, disposed of.
