Despite fresh service of notice, the private respondent is not represented. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

Counsel for the Pollution Control Board submits that the private respondent do not have any 'consent to establish' or 'consent to operate' the grill manufacturing unit.

It is submitted that they have communicated to the police in this regard.

In those circumstances, Bolpur Police Station shall shut down and remove all the grill manufacturing smelting units in the area, who do not possess the 'consent to operate' and 'consent to establish' certificates from the West Bengal Pollution Control Board.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The instructions of the Inspector-in-charge, Bolpur Police Station dated 23rd February, 2020 addressed to the State Advocate is taken on record. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
