According to the petitioner, he has been falsely implicated in this case and is languishing in jail since 11 month 10 days.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted.

The genesis of this case relates to the complaint wherein the victim girl is aged about five years. She narrated the incident in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

After perusing the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application being CRM 1199 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
