We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the de fact complainant shows deceased had been abducted by the petitioner and others. Thereafter he was murdered. In view of gravity of the offence and incriminating materials against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
