Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including statement of the victim girl. She stated she used to work with the petitioner at a construction site. He took her to the house of one Abdul Shah. Abdul's sister gave her a betel leaf and she became unconscious. She was trafficked to Rajasthan for sexual exploitation. In view of involvement of the petitioner in trafficking the victim outside the State for sexual exploitation we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
