Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of proclamation and attachment in connection with Spl (POCSO) 54 of 2018 arising out of Haroa Police Station Case No.504 of 2018. Attention of the Court was drawn to the order dated 30th November, 2023 wherein the learned special court issued warrant of proclamation and fixed date on 04.04.2024. It has been informed that the warrant of proclamation has not been executed till date.

Accordingly, I direct that the execution of warrant of proclamation be stayed till 30th March, 2024. The learned special court will revive the warrant of proclamation on 1st April, 2024. The petitioner would be at liberty to exhaust the remedies available to him under the law within the aforesaid period. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 567 of 2024 is

disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
