Hossain ......For the State Petitioner approached this court being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the police authorities. However, it has been made known to the petitioner that pursuant to the writ petition having been filed a case has been registered and investigation of the case is under progress.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Khanakul P. S. Case No. 93 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 has been registered for investigation.

In view of the FIR being registered, police authorities would ensure that the petitioner is not harassed and/or humiliated at the hands of the private respondents, who the petitioner claims is an influential person having in the authority to take law in its own hands.

With the above observation WPA 2771 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble High Court.
