Perused the report filed by the Sub Assistant Engineer, Titagarh Municipality signed on 9th April, 2024. The measurement of the four sides of the subject structure is recorded therein.

It appears that the construction has been made without maintaining the mandatory side open spaces. The Municipality is directed to take remedial measures in respect of the unauthorised construction in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
