1. The writ application has been mentioned for seeking leave to correct the cause title.

2. Leave is granted to correct the cause title of the writ petition, particularly the respondent no.4 in course of the day.

3. In the third and fourth lines of paragraph five on the second page of the order dated 6th March, 2024, the expression "concerned Treasury Officer" shall stand corrected to read as "Treasury Officer, Jhargram".

4. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 6th March, 2024.

5. The other parts of the order dated 6th March, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

6. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
