Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accused was rejected on merits on 20th December, 2023. Medical papers disclose a case of rape. Medical officer is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
