2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the sale notice dated 8th January, 2024 issued by the ICICI Bank.

3. The petitioners, as borrower, being aggrieved by the proceeding initiated by the bank under the SARFAESI Act has approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, for relief. The securitization application filed by the petitioners is pending consideration.

4. The date 8th January, 2024 mentioned in the subject sale notice appears to be incorrectly given. The same ought to have read as 8th January, 2025.

5. It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the steps taken by the bank for sale of the secured asset before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
