Report reflects that the Investigating Agency has not submitted charge-sheet for want of evidence in connection with Halisahar Police Station Case No.241 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022. Having regard to the fact that such prayer is before the learned jurisdictional court, I am of the view that the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to take steps, if any, before the learned ACJM. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 390 of 2023 is disposed of.
