Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the order under challenge is not amenable to revision since it is open to appeal under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure. He prays leave to withdraw the present revisional application to file such appeal against the order impugned.

CO 293 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

Liberty, however, is granted to Mr.

Chattopadhyay to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
