From the report it appears that the delay is due to abscondence of co-accused. Dying declaration of the victim implicates the petitioner in the murder of his wife. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
