The grievance of the petitioner pertains to the result of a tender which has been held by e-auction by the State respondents.

Mr. Siddiqui appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that the petitioner had not even participated in the subject tender and seeks a direction that the tender be granted in his favour. This is not opposed by the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, I am of the view, that the petitioner has been unable to demonstrate any legal or enforceable right which deserves to be protected.

Accordingly, WPA 1911 of 2020 stands dismissed. However, there will be no order as to costs.
