Due to inadvertence, a typographical error had crept into the judgment and order passed on 26th June, 2023. At the heading of the order sheet, the date of the judgment and order is wrongly mentioned as "26.03.2023". It should actually be "26.06.2023".

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the judgment and order dated 26.06.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
