Mr. Animesh Das, learned advocate has appeared on behalf of the New India Assurance Co. Ltd. i.e. respondents before this Court. Accordingly, the first page of the order dated 5.12.2023 be corrected accordingly. The term for the "appellant" should be corrected as for the "respondent/Insurance Company".

In page "5" of the same order, in the calculation portion, "Rs.30,000/- was added towards the love and affection as awarded by the learned Tribunal". Let the instant order made a part of the order 5.12.2023.
