The matter has appeared in the list for correction of the order dated February 11, 2020. The last line in the last paragraph of page 2 of the said order shall read as "........The same is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 being the Chief Executive Officer, Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority to consider the representation made by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order".

The learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Court has since been complied with by the concerned officer but the same could not be communicated to the petitioner in

view of the typographical error in the order dated February 11, 2020.

The order dated 11th February, 2020 is corrected as hereinabove. The rest of the said order remains unaltered.
