Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record. Nobody appears for the victims.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the minor victims implicate the petitioner in the offence of aggravated sexual assault. Victims have not yet been examined.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
