According to the report one of the accused persons has surrendered but in spite of three attempts of raid made by the police officers two of the accused persons could not be traced till date. The issue relating to proclamation is pending and the next date has been fixed in the month of October, 2023 by the jurisdictional court. I direct the jurisdictional court to adhere to the provisions of Sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and complete the same at the earliest. If required, the trial of the accused who has appeared be segregated and the same be proceeded with. For further orders, petitioner should approach this court at the appropriate stage of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 391 of 2023 is disposed of.
