I find from the records that on repeated occasions none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this petition.

In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA 1923 of 2020 is dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
