Mr. Kushal Chatterjee, Mr. S. Halder ... for the Petitioner This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 947 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that the evidence in the suit has been concluded and suit is fixed for argument.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of copy of the revisional application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat to dispose of Title

Suit No. 947 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. C.O. 413 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations.

No order as to costs.
