C.R.A. 206 of 1990 Mohammad Israil Vs.

Ramudgar Jha & Ors.

A report of the concerned department is placed before this Bench for necessary correction in the order dated 1.7.2022. On perusal of the record, it is seen that the appeal was in respect of an order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly and not Judge, Special Court (E.C. Act), Burdwan.

Accordingly, the order be corrected as an order of acquittal from the order of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly in "C.R. Case No. 382 of 1988", which was also incorrectly typed as "T.R. Case No. 61 of 1989".

Accordingly the order dated 1.7.2022 stands corrected as mentioned above.

The department is directed to incorporate the said corrections in the order dated 1.7.2022.

The remaining portion of the order remains unaltered. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
