It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that in spite of several reminders to the petitioner herein, the petitioner did not comply with the formalities as required and as such the respondents were compelled to not renew the petitioner's employment. On the other

hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that there was no proper publication nor information regarding such formalities to be complied with and as such the petitioner could not comply with the same.

At the time of hearing the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner through her advocate cannot be considered by the respondent as the same is a notice for demand of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in that event the respondent be directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, a copy of which has been annexed at page 22 of the writ application.

On hearing the parties and considering the materials on record including the report in the form of affidavit filed by the respondents and the written notes, the writ application stands disposed of with the direction that the opposite party West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited shall consider the representation annexed at page 22 of the writ application and on hearing the petitioner shall dispose of the same in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

The petitioner herein is directed to file a proper copy of the representation which is at page 22 and 23 of the writ application and it is directed that the representation be signed by the petitioner as the copy annexed to the writ petition is an unsigned one.

Petitioner is directed to file a copy of the representation as directed within seven days from the date of this order.

WPA 2838 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Connection application, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
