3. The petitioners pray for recalling the order dated 2nd May, 2025 dismissing the writ petition for default.

4. The District Inspector of Schools (S.E) Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is directed to intimate the School that the matter will be taken up for consideration by the Court on 8th January 2026.

5. The School must be represented on the adjourned date.

6. Let notice be served upon Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharya learned advocate who usually represents West Bengal Board of Secondary Education intimating the next date of hearing.
