Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the instant revisional application as there are some technicalities involved in the Vakalatnama itself.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 489 of 2024 along with CRAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner after the same is replaced by photostat copy.
