The applicant has been implicated as an accused in connection with Joynagar P.S. Case No.1203 of 2018. Two applications have been taken out, one for addition of party and the other for recalling of the earlier order.

Let affidavit-in-opposition in connection with the applications, if any, be filed by 8th May, 2025. Affidavit-in-reply, if any be filed by 11th May, 2025.

List the writ petition under the same heading on 16th May, 2025.

Learned advocate for the State will submit a progress report in connection with Joynagar P.S. Case No.1203 of 2018 on the next date of hearing.
